I am not 100% sure but I assumed we are not using Jax. Otherwise we could just copy paste the existing code. The Jax and Pytorch might not be compatible. |

JAX random functions all require an explicit PRNG state to be passed as a first argument, Numpy uses Generator that doesn't need any explicit key to generate random values |
